Kathleen believes that corporations can solve some of the world's biggest problems like climate change and income disparities at scale - if only they can mobilize the right internal advocates with a grasp of how to influence people, integrate existing processes, and leverage technology to drive solutions. As the program lead in Adobe's Supplier Responsibility team, Kathleen helps Adobe to create a positive impact beyond the software sector by fostering stronger data center sustainability and supplier diversity and inclusion practices. Under her stewardship, Adobe is a leading example of a socially responsible multinational software company.
In addition to her professional work, she leads efforts on Adobe's San Jose Action Team, mobilizing hundreds of employees to volunteer their time with local non-profits. She also expands her reach to sustainability peers as an advisory-board member for Acterra Silicon Valley Green Team Network, providing guidance to maximize the nonprofit organization's impact.
She recently obtained her MBA in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School, improving her ability to blend traditional business practices with a sustainability twist. Kathleen tackles any challenges, large or small, global or local, by taking a system-thinking mindset to map every problem, sell the vision, mobilize resources, and create a better solution for all.
